Roles & Responsibilities:

We are looking for a talented, driven and experienced Business Analyst for the Marketplace Trust team.
It is a pivotal role that will contribute to the evolution and success of one of the key priorities of the organization by insights mining and data modelling to make high impact decisions that reduce time to identify abuse.
Own the weekly/monthly dashboards for key metric tracking and associated deep dives
Automate data templates and reports
Engage with cross-team stakeholders to help run deep dives, test hypothesis and impact of ML/product changes made, on key metrics

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, engineering, statistics, computer science or a related field.
1+ years of data analytics or automation experience
Knowledge of data pipelining and extraction using SQL
Knowledge of SQL and Excel at a moderate or advanced level
Experience with data mining tools like SQL, SAS, SPSS, or similar
SQL skills
Microsoft Excel
Passion for converting data to insights, building frameworks for decision making, high attention to details and data fidelity
Ability to prioritize and focus on high impact areas
Teamwork and problem solving skills.
