Role Responsibilities
Develop maintainable, scalable, efficient, and modular code for the front end of the portal and other channels.
Create user interfaces for a business-sensitive consumer-facing e-commerce portal.
Collaborate with a cross-functional team throughout the software development life cycle.
Adhere to coding standards, conduct unit testing, participate in code reviews, and follow release cycles to meet deadlines.
Qualifications & Experience
We are looking for a front-end developer with at least 1-5 years of experience in creating consumer-facing products for large-scale web applications.
The ideal candidate should be a hands-on developer who excels as an individual contributor.
They should have a deep understanding of mobile platforms and browsers, as well as expertise in UI architecture and component/framework design.
Proficiency in JavaScript, CSS, and HTML5 is also required.
Experience in creating complex responsive designs is required, with a strong foundation in React.js.
Must be able to write code that is compatible with various browsers and platforms.
Knowledge of backend systems, including web services and APIs, from a user perspective is necessary.
A degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
