Job Position: Reporting & Analytics – Analyst
Job Location: Hyderabad
Experiences: 0-2 years
Full/Part Time: Full Time
Education Level: Bachelor of Engineering
Required Skills: Technical – Experience with Tableau, Power BI or similar tools will be an advantage Mastery in Microsoft office packages, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, V-look up and H-look up).

• Consultative mindset and the ability to advise leadership and stakeholders on relevant insights to enhance business strategy through powerful presentation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to use grammatically correct, clear, and neutral language to convey the message in a logical and concise manner
• Enthusiastic self-starter with a can-do attitude and ability to deliver a consistent high level of performance
• Forward thinking and proactive attitude with a keen focus on innovation – open to new ideas
• Analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills; ability to structure, organize and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data quickly and draw meaningful insights
• Exceptional attention to detail and willing to work in a demanding and results-oriented global business environment with frequently changing priorities
• Collaborative with proven ability to work with and gain support and commitment from others – even without formal authority – and build relationships
• Ability to work under strict deadlines, prioritize and multitask work assignments, take ownership of deliverables in a fast-paced environment, and adhere to strict internal quality assurance processes

Qualifications

• Experience Required: 1 to 2 yrs of relevant experience in reporting role
• Strong analytical, quantitative skills, experience in working with large volumes of data
• Ability to present data analysis in intuitive graphical and tabular formats. Experience with Tableau,
• Power BI or similar tools will be an advantage
• Mastery in Microsoft office packages, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, V-look up and H-look up).
• Working knowledge of CRM systems such as SalesForce
• Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Outstanding organizational and planning abilities
• Ability to work with diverse stakeholder groups.
