Roles & Responsibilities:

• They are currently seeking a Procurement Director to oversees the strategic sourcing, purchasing, and supply chain operations of the construction company.
• This role ensures that all materials, equipment, and services are procured at the right quality, quantity, price, and delivery time to support ongoing and upcoming construction projects.
• The director will lead the procurement team, develop supplier relationships, and align procurement strategies with the company’s goals for cost efficiency, quality, and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or professional certifications such as CIPS is an advantage).
• Minimum 10 years of procurement experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role in the construction industry.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale construction procurement, vendor negotiations, and contract management.
