Job Description & Responsibilities:-
Oracle seeks a skilled, motivated individual to write and configure code for new and upgraded solutions, based on technical specifications. The ideal candidate will possess strong SQL and programming skills, as well as a fundamental understanding of databases.
As a software engineer, your responsibilities will include developing, testing, and deploying robust software solutions, ensuring they perform and respond with excellence. You will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products. If you are a detail-oriented problem solver driven by a passion for technology, we encourage you to apply.
Enhance existing software applications.
Develop and design new reports, including data fetching through SQL, data processing, and data representation based on requirements.
Gather requirements, understand project scope, create work estimates, and effectively plan and execute tasks.
Handle client calls and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure requirements are met.
Participate in component-level technical design discussions and collaborations.
Perform debugging and document root cause analysis and resolutions.
Identify and suggest process improvements at the team level to support both operations and the development ecosystem.
Provide support for software releases.
Gain an understanding of healthcare workflows and the Millennium data model.
Work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations.
Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within the scope of the position.
Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
Required: SQL, PL-SQL, Database Management Systems, Programming (e.g., Python, Java, C++), Debugging, Version Control (Git), Unit Testing, Data Analysis
Soft Skills: Problem-Solving, Collaboration, Communication, Attention to Detail, Adaptability, Time Management, Continuous Learning, Mentorship (even if basic, ability to help peers).
Good to have: Business Intelligence Tools (Tableau, Business Object, Power Insight, DA2), CCL, Healthcare Workflow
