Powered by Microsoft’s AI technology, the CSS team helps consumers, businesses, partners, and others quickly and securely resolve their issues, preventing future problems and enabling them to maximize their Microsoft investment.
Within the CSS group, the Digital Transformation Platform (DTP) team provides world-class support for our global customers on their digital transformation journeys. Microsoft offers a wide range of valuable support solutions to meet the diverse needs of our customers.
The Customer Service & Support (CSS) team is seeking individuals with a passion for delivering exceptional customer success. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will own, troubleshoot, and resolve customer technical issues. This role presents an opportunity to accelerate your career growth, hone your problem-solving, collaboration, and research skills, and develop your technical proficiency. The position offers flexible work arrangements, including up to 50% remote work.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT)
Related field AND 1+ years of technical support, technical consulting experience
Information technology experience
3+ years of technical support
Technical consulting experience
Information technology experience.
