Job Position: Data Analytics – Contractor – Staff

Education Level: MCA/B.E./BTech/BSC Comp
Required Skills: B.E/B Tech (any stream excluding CS and IT for Staff1), ACCA/CA (fully or partially qualified), MBA Finance
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Analyzing large volume of data, defining clear strategy in analytical work relating to audits.
- Providing team leadership in fostering an open and inclusive work environment and effectively working with teams having diverse skills and backgrounds.
- Must be able to work closely with the Onshore Audit and Analytics teams and support them in data profiling, data transformation and analytics delivery.
- Supporting extraction of data from multiple ERP sources by understanding data structure requirement.
- Applying industry knowledge to interpret data and improve performance.
- Acquiring expertise in EY’s suite of Helix tools within a short period of time.
- Having a strong focus on meeting tight delivery timelines.
- Master complex tasks, understand the implications of work performed while maintaining data quality and security.
- Be self-motived and continuously demonstrate an enthusiasm to learn.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to team success, going beyond own tasks to help the team as a whole to succeed.
- Communicate messages clearly and confidently showing sincerity and approachability.
- Effectively anticipate and proactively address issues to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
- Meet mandatory compliance, learning and other professional requirements.
- Identify improvements to enhance delivery of assigned tasks.
Qualifications
- B.E/B Tech (any stream excluding CS and IT for Staff1), ACCA/CA (fully or partially qualified), MBA Finance
- Freshers with 0–1-year experience.
- Excellent Written and Oral Communication skills – Presentation and Soft Skills
- Being a quick learner and demonstrating adaptability to change.
- Should be open to working in different time zones.
- Should possess high standard of integrity and confidentiality.
- Should be willing to and capable of delivering under tight timelines, basis the business needs.
