Qualifications

• Analyze and document business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements.
• Develop and maintain detailed project documentation including business requirements process flows and functional specifications.
• Conduct gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current and desired states.
• Provide recommendations for process improvements and system enhancements.
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure that solutions are aligned with business needs.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and validate solutions.
• Perform data analysis to support decision-making and identify trends.
• Create and execute test plans to ensure that solutions meet business requirements.
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.
• Monitor and report on project progress identifying and addressing any issues or risks.
• Ensure that all project deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in business analysis.
