Job Position: MDM SAP Specialist
Job Location: Dubai – United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Salary Package: AED 7,000 – 10,000 (₹157,501 – ₹225,001) Monthly
Full/Part Time: Full Time
Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
Role Responsibilities
- Carry out all aspects of the master data management process.
- Implement and enforce strategic policies related to master data to enhance data integrity and operational efficiency through data quality and standardization.
- Implement necessary controls to comply with standard operating procedures.
- Stay updated on the latest master data management practices, technologies, and industry trends through exposure to industry practices, emerging technologies, and networking.
- Establish metrics and targets for master data quality and regularly communicate them to key stakeholders.
- Supervise and train employees responsible for master data and accounts receivable to ensure accurate data and compliance with master data policies and accounts receivable/collections procedures.
- Develop and mentor employees to foster talent retention and growth within the organization.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to ensure employees have a clear understanding of their roles and responsibilities.
- Take leadership in managing Customer Master, Vendor Master, and Materials Master, including associated metrics and service level agreements.
- Analyze and provide support for identifying MDM issues.
- Develop a platform (PLC/dashboard) to facilitate MDM transformation.
- Integrate IPOS harmonization.
- Establish SOP for CG operation.
- Implement governance and control for operations.
- Manage user expectations.
- Ensure MDM excellence through KPIs and OKRs.
Qualifications & Experience
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Finance
EXPERIENCE: 3-5 years
REQUIRED TECHNICAL TOOLS: SAP MDM, SAP SD, SC, IT
KEY INTERPERSONAL AND FUNCTIONAL SKILLS:
- Costing in Supply Chain and Finance
- Research and Development
- Accounts Payable
- Leading outsourced companies
- Collaborating with Excellence Teams
- Proficient in MS Office applications
