Roles & Responsibilities:

• Make enhancements to existing software applications.
• Develop and design new reports, including data fetching through SQL, data processing, and data representation based on requirements.
• Gather requirements, understand project scope, create work estimates, and effectively plan and execute tasks.
• Handle client calls and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure requirements are met.
• Participate in component-level technical design discussions and collaborations.
• Perform debugging and document root cause analysis and resolutions.
• Identify and suggest process improvements at the team level to support both operations and the development ecosystem.
• Provide support for software releases.
• Gain an understanding of healthcare workflows and the Millennium data model.
• Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
• Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within the scope of the position
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

• SQL, PL-SQL, Database Management Systems, Programming (e.g., Python, Java, C++), Debugging, Version Control (Git), Unit Testing, and Data Analysis.
• Problem-Solving, Collaboration, Communication, Attention to Detail, Adaptability, Time Management, Continuous Learning, Mentorship (even if basic, ability to help peers).
• Business Intelligence Tools (Tableau, Business Object, Power Insight, DA2), CCL, Healthcare Workflow.
• Oracle is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to write and configure code for new and upgraded solutions based on technical specifications.
• The ideal candidate should have strong SQL and programming skills, along with a basic understanding of databases.
• Responsibilities include developing, testing, and deploying software solutions, ensuring high performance and responsiveness, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
